The XDubai Skatepark is the only state-of-the-art facility in the region with a dynamic 3100m 2
set on an ideal beachfront on Kite Beach. The XDubai Skatepark is the largest multi-faced facility
in the UAE and welcomes four sports: skateboarding, scooter, in-line skating, and BMX – with
areas for novices through to professionals. The park is open for kids 4 years old and older and
kids under 9 years old are not allowed to stay at the park without an adult.
Rental of skateboards and scooters are available at the venue.
XDubai is taking strict measures to ensure the safety of the park at all times due to COVID-19.
However, for us to remain open and for you or your kids to keep using the park safely, we urge
you to adhere to the measures put in place at the venue.
Kindly note that masks are mandatory at all times inside the park.

We currently do not accept cash payments for rental equipment.
