Frequently asked questions

How do I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets directly through Tixbox.com. Simply select your preferred ticket category, choose the number of tickets, and complete your purchase using one of the available payment methods.

How will I receive my tickets?

Once your purchase is successfully completed, your booking confirmation and electronic tickets will be sent to your registered email address. You may also access your tickets through your Tixbox account, where supported.

Do I need to print my tickets?

Most events accept electronic tickets displayed on your smartphone. Make sure your ticket's QR code or barcode is clearly visible when entering the venue. Some events may have additional entry requirements.

Can I cancel my booking or request a refund?

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event's refund policy or required by applicable law. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the applicable refund or exchange arrangements will be communicated to affected ticket holders.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Ticket transfers depend on the event organizer's policy. Some events allow ticket transfers, while others require tickets to remain under the original purchaser's name. Please check the event's specific terms and conditions.

Can I change my ticket date, category, or seating?

Ticket changes are subject to availability and the event organizer's policies. Changes may not be permitted once a booking has been confirmed.

What should I do if I haven't received my tickets?

First, check your email's spam or junk folder and verify the email address used during checkout. You can also check your Tixbox account, where available. If your tickets are still missing, contact Tixbox Customer Support with your booking reference.

Are there any additional fees when purchasing tickets?

Any applicable booking, processing, payment, or service fees will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?

Do children need their own tickets?

Age restrictions and ticket requirements for children vary by event. Some events offer free admission for infants or young children, while others require every attendee to hold a valid ticket. Please refer to the event's age policy before purchasing.

Do I need to bring identification to enter the event?

Certain events may require valid identification, particularly for age-restricted events, personalized tickets, or identity verification. We recommend carrying an official photo ID to avoid entry issues.
